Service Description
Learn one to one with AMEB qualified teacher Amanda Jorquera. Lessons are tailored for kids, teens, and adults, blending technique, theory, ear training, improvisation, and songwriting in a warm, neurodivergent friendly setting. Lessons are serviced at the Bangalow Piano School on an Upright Piano. Instruction available in English, French, Spanish, and Khmer. Serving Bangalow and the Northern Rivers.
Cancellation Policy
Studio Lessons — General Policy Location and booking. Studio lessons take place at Bangalow Piano School, 824 Friday Hut Road, Binna Burra NSW. Lessons are confirmed once payment is received via the website. Lesson lengths. Studio lessons are available in standard lengths such as 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Cancellations and rescheduling. Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and are not rescheduled. Illness or emergencies. Please notify as soon as possible. A make-up may be offered subject to availability. Arrival and pickup. Arrive no more than five minutes before your slot. If the student is late, the lesson still ends at the scheduled time. For minors, prompt pickup is required. Studio conduct. Please treat instruments and facilities with care. No food or drink on or near the piano. Bring assigned materials each week. Payment. Payment is taken in advance via the website. Lessons are scheduled on a first-paid basis. Media and privacy. Photos or videos are taken only with prior written consent. Student information is kept confidential. Child safety. The teacher holds a current Working With Children Check. Teacher changes. If the teacher must reschedule, an alternate time will be offered. If none is suitable within a reasonable period, that session may be extended in validity. Acceptance. Booking a studio lesson indicates acceptance of this policy.
